Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce (1 hot, 1 mild)
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    24 taco shells
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, cook beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender.
    Drain fat.
    Combine enchilada and tomato sauces.
    Stir together 2 cups sauce, coffee and meat mixture.
    Set aside.
