Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    2 tsp. oleo
    salt
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Saute meat and next 6 ingredients. Drain grease. Add soup and soy sauce. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles.
    Last, fold in sour cream with meat mixture and pour over noodles.
    Top with almonds. Serve as is or bake as casserole at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
