Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and boiled
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. chopped chives
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Beat sour cream and cheese together; add hot potatoes and beat until smooth.
    Add chives, butter, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a well-greased 2-quart casserole; dot with additional butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
