Baked Ham Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large slice ham (1-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix water and vinegar and bring to a boiling point.
    Now mix the brown sugar and the dry mustard together and spread over the ham slice.
    Place ham in open baking pan and pour water and vinegar mixture around it.
    Do not cover ham with this mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This also gives you a delicious gravy for use over ham when serving.
    Serves 4.
