Jean'S Sunday Roast Brown Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. water
Preparation
    In a frying pan put flour and brown until flour is done.
    Add salt and pepper, as desired.
    Add water.
    Stir continually until mixed.
    Pour or spread over roast and cook about 15 minutes or longer.
