Hazel'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
few grains salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. coriander or to taste
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk

Preparation

Wash sweet potatoes and boil until tender (remove skin).
Whip potatoes in large mixer bowl on high speed until fluffy.
Remove mixer beaters and rinse strings off beaters.
