Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 c. buttermilk
about 5 c. flour
Preparation
-
Add enough flour that the dough is not too stiff (a soft dough).
Roll on floured board and cut.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
