Betty'S Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. softened margarine
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Grate cheese and mix with margarine with hands until creamy. Mix until dough clings to bowl.
    Grease cookie sheet and use cookie press.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Yields about 4 dozen.
