Apple Wedge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. orange extract
1 c. sugar
2 medium apples, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation

Mix together.
Spread in a greased pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip.
