Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 young chicken (3 to 4 lb.)
    1/4 c. fat
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot fat.
    Combine remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
    Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
    Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
    Serves 6.
