Pineapple-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. McCormick seasoned salt
1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans
parsley flakes and sprig
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Add all ingredients but pecans and parsley.
Refrigerate overnight.
Shape into ball.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Sprinkle parsley flakes on ball.
Add parsley sprig for garnish.
Serve with crackers.
