Apricot Or Peach Danish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. apricot or peach jam
powdered sugar glaze
Preparation

Blend butter, sour cream, flour and salt; chill for 1 hour or overnight.
Divide into 2 parts; roll out each into a rectangle about 12 x 6-inches.
Spread dough with about 1/2 cup jam lengthwise to within an inch of edges.
Fold dough in half lengthwise and seal edges.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool; drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
Cut into 1-inch strips to serve.
