Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups milk
    1 cup long grain rice
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup heavy cream
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    Cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine rice and milk in a heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 55 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients except cinnamon and add to cooked rice.
    Cook and stir until thick, about 2-3 minutes.
    Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
