Savory Ground Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. all-purpose spices
    2 (1 lb.) bags frozen stew vegetables
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a large pan; drain.
    Combine stew vegetables and 2 cups of water to beef; cook over medium heat. Add tomatoes.
