Pear And Cream Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pear halves, drained, syrup reserved
    cold water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Add enough cold water to reserved syrup to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Stir into gelatin.
