Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    8 qt. popped corn
    1 c. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add sugar, syrup and salt and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from
    heat.
    Add
    vanilla
    and soda.
    Pour over popcorn and coat
    well.
    Bake
    in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
