Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg dry yeast
    2 tbsp warm water
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3 tbsp sugar
    5 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp soda
    3 tsp baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Cut shortening into all the dry ingredients. Add dissolved yeast and buttermilk. Stir well, place in air tight container and refrigerate. Take out as you need and roll out on floured board. Cut and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 min. at 400\u00b0.
