Microwave Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/4 c. light cream
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
    4 tsp. chopped chives (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and pierce baking potatoes.
    Wrap each in paper towel and microwave on High 32 minutes.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and carefully scoop cooked potato out of shells.
    Be sure to leave a thin wall of potato around the shell to ensure durability of the shell.
    Mash potatoes and stir in milk, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Fold in chopped chives, 1/2 of the crumbled bacon and 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese.
    If mixture becomes too dry, add more cream, butter or sour cream (your preference).
    Place potatoes halves in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish and fill with potato mixture.
    Microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until hot, turning dish 1/2 turn during cooking.
    Remove and sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon over top and let stand 3 minutes before serving.
