Escalloped Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. flour
3 or 4 c. apples, peeled and cut in large pieces
Preparation

Combine sugar, cinnamon and flour; toss with apples in a plastic bag until well coated.
Place in a casserole coated with vegetable spray.
Dot with butter or oleo.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
