Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryer chickens
    1 ham bone
    2 c. large butter beans
    2 large onions
    1 qt. whole tomatoes
    4 medium potatoes
    2 pt. corn
    2 stalks celery
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook and debone chickens.
    Simmer ham bone in water to cover for 3 hours.
    Cool and take off fat from chicken and ham broth. Mix chicken and ham broth.
    Dice onions, potatoes and celery and add to broth.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste and let simmer 45 minutes.
    Add Tabasco sauce and sugar to taste.
