Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 sticks butter
    1 hen
    1 fryer
Preparation
    Cook chicken and bone it.
    Cut it into small pieces.
    Save broth.
    Bring milk, butter and chicken broth to a boil.
    Put chicken in mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes.
