Apple-Glazed Pork (Rib) Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6 oz.) lean pork chops (ribs)
    1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Combine apple juice, brown sugar, mustard and cloves in a large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag.
    Add chops; seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove chops from bag, reserving marinade.
    Place chops on a broiler rack coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Place rack on broiler pan.
    Broil 5 1/2-inches from heat for 9 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently, with reserved marinade.
