Tortellini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cheese tortellini
    1 stick butter
    1/2 to 1 c. whipping or heavy cream
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Cook tortellini as per package directions.
    In pot, melt butter, but don't burn. Add cream to warm, but not boiling.
    Add drained tortellini to butter and cream mixture. Toss to coat. Add Romano and toss to coat all over. Serve right away. Great with Italian or garlic bread and salad.
