Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. plain flour
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Grease 2-quart casserole dish; dump in pineapple. Sprinkle flour and sugar over top of pineapple. Sprinkle on cheese. Top with cracker crumbs. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
