Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrot, cauliflower mix, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can French fried onions, divided in half
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in 1 quart covered casserole using 1/2 can of French fried onions in the casserole and 1/2 can sprinkled on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
