Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    Velveeta (optional)
    1 can cream celery soup
Preparation
    Saute onion in pot with margarine; do not brown.
    Add can of soup, water, milk, rice and broccoli, and pieces of cheese if desired.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
