Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked unseasoned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and spices.
Add pumpkin and eggs; mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes or until custard is set.
