Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can pressed corned beef
    16 oz. sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 1/2 c. crushed rye crackers
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, spread sauerkraut, crumbled corned beef and cheese.
    Spoon dressing over cheese; plate tomatoes on top.
    Mix caraway seed, cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    Place over tomatoes; bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be made and refrigerated hours before baking.
    Serves 6 to 8.
