Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of cream of tartar
    3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
    5 to 7 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until consistency of small peas. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Roll thin on well floured surface. Line greased pans with dough. Makes 2 crusts.
