Moist One Layer Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 cup oil
    1 cup water
    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 cups self-rising flour
    1/2 cup buttermilk (dissolve 1/2 tsp. baking soda in buttermilk)
Preparation
    Melt margarine, add cocoa and stir until dissolved.
    Add water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and set aside.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar (beat) then flour, 1/2 cup oil, buttermilk, and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into oblong baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Frost while hot.
