Marinated Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 carrots
    1 head broccoli
    4 Tbsp. basil vinegar
    3 Tbsp. lemon oil by Watkins
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. crushed herbs (Mrs. Dash or your own)
Preparation
    Peel and cut carrots into sticks.
    Tear broccoli into pieces. Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight.
    Garnish with parsley.
