Easy Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion chopped
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 stalk of celery chopped
    4 cloves of garlic chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 medium can of rotel tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell peppers, celery, garlic, and butter. Add shrimp and tomatoes. Cook for 30 minutes, serve over rice.
