Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/4 inch thick)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced green pepper
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 medium potatoes, sliced thickly
Preparation
    Sprinkle both sides of chops with 1 teaspoon salt.
    Heat oil; brown chops on both sides.
    Remove.
    Saute onion and pepper until softened.
    Add tomato and Worcestershire sauces.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 2 minutes.
    Arrange potatoes in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Pour half of sauce over the potatoes.
    Add chops and remaining sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Uncover; bake another 25 minutes.
