Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, then add milk.
Cook 15 minutes or until thick.
Add egg yolks and cook about 5 minutes longer.
Add butter and vanilla.
Cool.
Pour in cooled, baked pie shell.
Use egg whites for meringue.
Bake in slow oven until lightly browned.
