Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. chopped whole kernel corn
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. chopped green chiles
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
    Set skillet in oven to heat while mixing other ingredients.
    Corn may be chopped briefly in food processor. Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into well heated frying pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
