Meat And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 garlic pod
    8 Tbsp. fat
    2 eggs
    2 cans corn
    2 cans tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt fat in skillet, add chopped onion, pepper and garlic; cook until tender.
    Add seasoned ground meat, to which eggs have been added.
    Brown lightly.
    Sprinkle casserole with crumbs.
    Add half meat mixture, half the corn, half tomatoes and repeat. Sprinkle top with crumbs.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
