Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large bell peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. whole kernel corn
1/4 c. cooked rice
dash of salt and pepper
1 small can tomato paste
1 egg
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
1 large can tomato sauce
shredded cheese
Preparation

Wash peppers, towel dry, cut in halves.
Clean inside and put aside.
Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce.
Mix well; spoon mixture in hollow section of peppers, forming rounded half. Place in casserole dish and pour tomato sauce over peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Last 5 minutes, top with shredded cheese.
