Hamburg Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion
    spaghetti sauce (2 small jars)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 garlic clove
Preparation
    Wash rice thoroughly.
    Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
    Shape into small balls and brown the balls in a frypan with garlic.
    Pour sauce over them and cook slowly for about an hour.
