Calipso Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 tsp. ginger

Preparation

Blend well in blender.
Pour over steaks and let set about 1 hour.
Drain and grill steaks to taste.
