Old Fashioned Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. margarine
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. baking powder
4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Soften margarine to room temperature.
Beat in eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add baking powder to flour and sift together slowly into margarine mixture.
Roll out dough on floured board and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until brown as desired.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
