Strawberry Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked pie shell
    1 box strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    whipping cream
Preparation
    Mash 1/2 box of strawberries.
    Add sugar and cornstarch mixed in a little water and cook together until thickened.
    Set in refrigerator to cool.
    Take other 1/2 box of strawberries and cut in halves or quarters and cool.
    Put cut up berries in shell and then the berry mixture on top.
    Serve with whipped cream.
