Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. pecans

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add next 3 ingredients.
Mix well.
Coat pecans and place one layer of pecans on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
