Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. water
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup soup with all ingredients, except water and can of mushrooms.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 6 patties; place in shallow baking dish, uncovered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat.
    Mix remaining soup, water and small can of mushrooms.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
