Japanese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. any fried meat
    6 to 8 eggs, scrambled
    1 can mushrooms
    1 bunch green onions, cut
    3 or 4 celery spears, cut up
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 can bean sprouts
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    3 carrots, grated
    1 can shrimp
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix all together, season to taste and stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Serve with soy sauce.
