Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 can Baker's coconut
1 baked pie shell
2 egg whites
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg yolks; reserve egg whites for meringue.
Add some milk to yolks and pour into sugar and flour mixture.
Pour in rest of milk and boil until thickened.
Add coconut and pour into pie shell.
Prepare meringue by beating egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar with mixer until very stiff.
Add meringue to top of pie. Bake at 325\u00b0 until meringue is brown.
