Mit Kartoffein(German Fish Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. white fish, cut into fork size pieces
    salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 onions, minced
    2 lb. potatoes, boiled in salted water and sliced
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper or mace to taste
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish pieces with salt and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Rinse and dry.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat butter in skillet and add onions.
    Saute over low heat until onions lightly brown.
