Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix flour, spice, sugar and oil together, then add one egg at a time.
Then add carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in two 8-inch round pans.
