Grandma'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten lightly
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 lb. butter, softened
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream softened cream cheese and eggs, until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar gradually.
    Add lemon juice and vanilla.
    In a separate cup, mix flour and cornstarch together.
    Gradually add to the cream cheese mixture.
    Add the butter and sour cream.
    Pour into a greased 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until set in center (about 1 hour).
    Turn oven off and leave in oven for 2 hours.
    Chill several hours and serve.
