Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/8 c. oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella (or more)
    olives, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion (as desired)
    Italian seasoning
    garlic powder
    cooked sausage or pepperoni
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix next 4 ingredients and add yeast mixture; mix well.
    Cover and let raise until double (about 1 hour, can refrigerate at this point for later use).
    Spread in greased jelly roll pan.
    Pour tomato sauce over dough and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
    Sprinkle on grated cheese.
    Add other ingredients as desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
