Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 to 3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    lemon or vanilla extract
    1/4 c. raisins
    cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook rice in salted water.
    Set aside to cool.
    Mix in a casserole dish, sugar, flour and oil.
    Beat eggs and mix with other ingredients.
    Add cooked rice and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add flavoring and raisins.
